Paqui, as usual, thanks for the powerpoint presentation. We can complete the exercises and understand the unit much better with it. Some classmates of the class have a question about Monday's exam: Do we have to study any contents from unit 3 (The French Revolution and Restoration)? Or is it just about the Industrial Revolution and the Labour Movement? Thank you!!

Hello Laura,

The contents of the exam are the following:

Unit 3

For the people who passed the project about women during the French Revolution:
-Ferdinand VII´s reign
-The Regencies, the First Carlist War and the Moderate Decade

The people who didn´t pass the project will also have to study Liberalism, Nationalism and the three revolutionary waves of 1820,1830 and 1848

Unit 4

The whole unit.

Maybe you should think about another date for the exam, because I don´t know when I´m going to be able to come back to work and I think that you should have at least one day to ask me your questions, doubts...

Hope it helps.

Paqui, finally we have decided to maintain the day of the exam, because un Thursday 16 we are going to have another exam, and we think that after carnival is too late.

Hello Rebeca,

Silvia has told me by mail. I think it´s not a good idea, because it´s not easy to study something no one has explained to you. But it´s up to you. You have to be aware that this is a serious exam and if many people fail, I won´t repeat it. My opinion is that you should have thought about this more seriously.

Hope to see you soon.

Manuel, you should have thought about this before. I´m not going to do two different exams. You had the opoortunity of changing it and you didn´t do it. You can´t get rid of your responsibility now. It´s time to study. So do it.
