Then we have started the leson and Paqui has talked us about John Bull, who is the personification of the UK in cartoons. Here you have the whole story of this cartoon.

Well, after talking about John Bull we have started with the first point, The Age of Empires, section A, and it only has three definitions:
A) DEFINITIONS
Colony: a group of people who leave their country and settle down in a different territory subject to, or connected with the parent nation.
Colonialism: it's the practice of wealthy or powerful natios of extending their control over other territories, in order to establish settlements or exploting their resources.
Age of Empires: era between last decades of the 19th century and the end of WW" in which the most industrialized countries extended their control and influence to other territories. They took advantage of their technological superiority and created colonies or submitted territories to their interests.
And after copying it we have studied point:

You were a real good mate and I appreciate this kind of gesture. For me theoretical contents are not the only thing that matters and sooner or later good people as you will receive their reward.
These are the corrections. There are spelling mistakes and some verbs. I have also changed the definition of colony, because yours wasn't accurate for this context.
