8th October 2010

Today at the beginning of the class we have checked the exercise about the review of Spain's climates, which are the mediterranean, oceanic, continental mediterranean, mountain and subtropical climates. After Paqui has explained us all about the project we will do about a continent. She has told us the groups, my group is formed by Daniel Rodríguez, Ana de la Fuente, Laura Meco, Beatriz Yuste and I and we have to talk about America, that is very long, so we have to distribute the work. We will do a PowerPoint presentation and a cardboard with the information. In the work we have to talk about the relief and the climates of the continent.

Today the class was very interesting, we are going to do the project so I hope we won't have an exam...

Hello Javi. Well done.

I just want to make some comments about your journal:

-Can you change the size of the picture? It´s too big and the image gets out of the screen on the right.

- Remember: how do we write "ejercicio" in English?

- You don´t need to use the capital letters for the names of the climates.

- And finally, remember to justify the text on all sides.

Have a nice long weekend. See you on Wednesday!

Bye!

To Javi and Ángel,

Javi - You've done a great journal today. I'm happy to see that you're doing the project on America. It's my home continent, so make sure you do an extra good job. ;P

On grammar I want to correct one thing. You listed the people in your group and wrote "and me", but here you shouldn't use the object pronoun "me". What should you use?

Ángel - In English you can't say "tener razón". You have to use the expression, "to be right". So you should write, "Javi you're right."

I should use "and I". I didn't remember that. Thanks!
