FRIDAY 3rd OF DECEMBER

Today we have followed with the unit 3. We have corrected the two exercises of physical factors in agriculture. We have also given human factors, and this has helped us to get more information. Some people have read the agrarian landscapes and its elements and Paqui has explained it. There are five types and with these different types we have seen some fotographies identifying their main elements. Also we have learned new words and we have written in the glossary. Finally Paqui has given us exercises for the long weekend. Today this class has been interesting.

Hello Beatriz,

Just a few comments on your journal:

-What is the preent perfect of the verb "to see". You should correct this: "we have ...some photographs"

- There are not "bridges" in English. They say "long weekend"

Please, correct the mistakes and have a good long weekend!

Paqui it properly say ``the two exercices´´ or not Bea wrote and I'm thinking about that because it doesn't sound really good.

Yes, Dani. If there were two specific exercises, you can write "we have corrected the two exercises".

There are some other mistakes no one has found. Read the journal carefully. You can find them easily.

Bea I have founded some mistakes:

-In the sentence: there are five types and with THESE ... the sentence is in plural!!

-how do you say the past particicle of the verb LEARN.

you write identifyin and it's identifying

And finally, you write: ... new words and we have ¿¿¿put??? is better this: new words and we have written...

I don't find more mistakes, yet, but good job.
See you tomorrow.

Dani, it seems that your classmates are still sleeping ;)

Your corrections are right, but there is something about the verb to learn I want to explain: the past participle of learn can be learned or learnt. Another verb that has two participles is burn: burnt or burned. We´ll use this verb tomorrow, when we study the slash and burn agriculture.

Good work, Dani.
