Today in Social Science has been the fist class after Carnival.
In class Ana Margarita has been with us. At first Paqui has explained a little bit the marks of the projects and then we have checked the eleven exercises about transport and tourism in Spain.
Finally we have checked the crossword of the unit, the teacher Ana Margarita has read the questions of the crossword and each one of us has answered.
After that Paqui has distributed the projects about secondary and tertiary sector that we gave last Wednesday. When Paqui has given the projects, we have looked the marks and we have ask she what sector we have to study for the exam on Friday.
This is all for today.

The photograph is the industrial area of Campo de Criptana that many students have visited to prepare their projects.

Today in Social Sciences class we have checked one exercise about products before industrial revolution and after it.

Then we have read page 45, elements of the industrial process and type of industries. When we have finished reading page 45, then we have started a powerpoint about industry. Paqui saids homework for next day and she has given a sheet to make a project at home.

After this we have gone out of the class to do an honoring about something.....

When we have returned we have continued with the powerpoint. We have little time to see it, and the time was over.

MONDAY 8TH NOVEMBER

Today Kelly has been with us, also Paqui has started with the end of the explanation about the socialist economic system.
First she has explained how centrally planned economies worked and his problems
Some of this problems are:
-Production was focused on some industries.
-The minority who made the decisions.
-The system was very rigid and it was very difficult to adapt.
-The development of black market.
When Paqui has finished the explanation of this we have read a mini-cartoon about economy works in a capatitalist system . This cartoon is a joke that play with different meanings of the word demand:

1) I demand
2) Demand

One more thing: the picture is the Gosplan, the office that plannified all the productions of the U.S.S.R. ( Union of Soviet Socialist Republics). It was located in Moscow and decided on the production of all the country.

When the bell rings we were starting another definition: Caveat Emptor.
This is all today.
