Then Paqui has shown us a powerpoint about this unit and she has explaned some features of the Absolute Monarchy and other topics related to the units, she has explained that Luis XIV was called the Sun King because as the sun is the center of the universe Luis XIV was the same because all the people of frace was arround him.
Sara has corrected the execise nº9 that was about the reasons for the English Revolutions and their consequences, Paqui has explained to us what he explained in the class before that Charles I was decapitated and the republic was proclaimed, and Oliver Cromwell was declared Protector
Lord.
Then Paqui has written on the blackboard what significates "to flee" that in spanish is "huir", it significate in english to abscond, to break out, to break out of. Silvia was in chart to correct the exercise nº 10, that was about Habeas Corpus. Monday, 7th of February

Today Paqui has said the marks of the exams, they were all good, but some people could improve it. Before that Paqui has explained the industrial reconversion and delocalization, then she has written some words for the glossary, then she has written in the blackboard some interesting things about this topic, after Kelly has explained some interesting things about the first town in Mexico before USA, it was unfair, the people live near the factories and the water was contaminated, it was very heavy to see people living in that conditions, and Kelly has said that she has seen some kids swimming in the contaminated waters, i think that the owners of the factories are very intelligent moving to the poorest towns in the world, they earn more money but they some times kill people with the air or with the contaminated waters, some times they didn´t kill them but they coast them irreparable problems and they children inhereditate them, this is unfair to the people who coudn´t protects from the companies and they are withought anything.
Like I said before today, Kelly has been with us.
Paqui has remaind that for wednesday we have to give her the political maps of Africa.

Today we have started checking two exercises from page 42, the exercises were about subsistence and commercial agriculture. The exercises have been corrected by Laura Bustamante and Beatriz Yuste. With this exercises we have learned that subsistence agriculture is oriented to the basic necessities of the farmers, and commercial agriculture is oriented to sold the products in markets. We have seen a powerpoint about rice's plantations in asian countries. In the powerpoint we have also saw the plantation agriculture of coffee, tea, cocoa, pineapples, oil palm an another things. With this powerpoint we have learned that industries like Nestlé use slaves in plantations of cocoa, like the plantations in Sulawesi, Indonesia. Paqui has said that in contries like germany only have legal products of Nestle. Paqui has said that she hasn't buy products of Nestlé. Today Ana has stayed with us.http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/e/e0/Cocoa_Pods.JPG

Today Paqui has not been with us, because she was in the general strike and Pepa has been with us.

She has said that we have to do the homework, and after we had done it, she has asked about the European Section. We have told her that we are very good and we don´t have problems. After she has told us that she has read this blog and she likes it, because she thinks that it´s a great idea to improve our English.

Then we have continued with our homework and we have studied about all the subjets, because we have to study a lot.

We were all the class except three persons, that I don´t want to mention.

After that it was the break time and we have to gone to the other building.
