Here you have my corrections. You...Hello, Andrea,

Here you have my corrections. You haven't folowed the scheme. because your work is mainly a description, but you don't explain the Barque features of the painting. There are a lot of spelling and grammar mistakes. You should read your work before posting it.

The title of your painting is The Descent from the Cross. Correct this everytime it appears, please. And "Amberes" is Antwerp in English, so change it in all the places you’ve written it.

You can't use the present as in Spanish. Present is for usual actions, not for punctual actions. You have to use the present continuous: I'm including,
attaching...

- My work of painting is about

- It was commissioned by the Arquebusiers Brotherhood on the 7th of September of 1611. You should say where this brotherhood was from.

It was finished in 1624. Nowadays it’s located in the Cathedral of Antwerp (Belgium)

- Peter Paul Rubens was a Flemish painter, he was the biggest figure of the Baroque in northern (of) Europe. People remember him like a big humanist, a clairvoyant idealist, a discreet man and honest that ignore the arrogant attitude of the powerful men.

- The technique used is oil on canvas.

- The Descent from the Cross is the central pannel of a tryptich (..)

- The range of colours used is varied, we can see red, violet, yelow...., representing Rubens like a big colourist. The lights and shadows are inspireed on the school of Caravaggio.

The painting is organized around the figure of Jesus Christ and the white fabric linen that slips on his body. Christ is already dead, the calm(less) and the serenity impregnate the picture. Around him are all the persons who are developing the action of descending (the) Christ form the cross. It has (a) little spatial depth . The figures occupy the whole picture and it’s made in a classical relief. The Virgin participates in the descent with the other(s) figures. John with Nicodemus are holding the body of Christ. On the left, Joseph of Arimathea is holding the fabric that that slips from the body of Jesus. Mary Magdalen is holding one of Jesus’ feet. At the top of the cross two men are taking Jesus down. It expresses liking education of Jesuit. I don’t understand this last sentence

- I’m including other(s) Rubens’ paintings like:

-The adoration of the Magi

-The Holy family with Saint Anne

-The dinner in Emmaus.

- I’m attaching one photo of Rubens and Cathedral of Antwerp.

- Finally, I’m including the sources where I looked for information

The sources of your images are not correct. You have to rewrite them correctly. When you look for them on Google Images, you have to open every picture and copiy the link, not the Google Images link. Do it properly, please. I'm tired of saying the same things thousands of times.

Your mark is 6.5. Bye.Paqui Pérez Fonshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09825244803602259869noreply@blogger.com
